Description: Tagetes, a type of Marigold (this is not the common/pot marigold, Calendula officinalis), is a surprisingly sweet essential oil, and is loved because of its apple-like aroma and myriad of uses. It is used in both perfumery and aromatherapy.
Tagetes is known to be phototoxic, so please always get professional blending advice if you wish to apply to skin.
