Description: Summer Savory, the more delicate, sweeter relative of Winter Savory, is commonly used in culinary and natural medicine. It is also a powerful antiseptic. It comes from an annual plant that grows only in the summer, so it is many times preferred over Winter Savory because its softer aroma, but also will cost more due to it’s lack of attainability throughout the year.
