Description: If you have smelled Melissa, you know how amazing it smells. If you’ve purchased Melissa, you know how expensive it is. With Rectified Melissa, you will get the beautiful aroma at a much more affordable price, but there is a reason for the affordability.

Rectified Melissa is not the same top quality of Melissa because it has when it was first distilled, it was found to have impurities that were not up to standard for the fine standard Melissa, so rectified Melissa went through the rectification process which utilized vacuuming or steam to purify. So the aroma will be nearly the same, but not quite as powerful.

This is why sometimes you can find a retailer who sells Melissa for incredibly inexpensive; because sadly they are not being honest that it is the rectified version, otherwise, their pricing would be similar to giving someone a $20 bill for $1… Just not feasible. Rectified Melissa should only be used for aromatherapy and cleaning.
