Description: Spike Lavender and Lavender (True Lavender) share many of the same properties and very similar overall. Spike Lavender is high in cineol and camphor, but like true Lavender, it also contains linalool and linalyl acetate. The high amounts of camphor in Spike Lavender come from its low-altitude cultivation
Spike Lavender is often added alongside true Lavender to create a more complex blend and also used to as a less expensive alternative to true Lavender.
